Who is the Post Recession Consumer ?

We all know the world has changed.  Has it ever! Huge shifts are happening across  the average persons belief in the economy, capitalism, banking and of course the fallout is the market.   So what does that mean for you the marketer and consumer.  Its complicated but not surprising.
